I have completed the input at TaxSaya. When I click E-Filing, it showed the Hasil efiling website and stuck at login page. My IC was incorrectly loaded and and it select passport as the ic field.

On other note, I have partially filled up the E-Filing website. Can TaxSaya update it for me or I need to update manually?

You should be able to select IC number from the combobox, and your IC number will be displayed.  This will then be the ID that will be used to log into the e-filing

It it appears to be 'stuck' it is most likely because it is still waiting for the LHDN page to finish being loaded.  I have also been seeing a slow down in the e-filing speed.

Yes.  TAXSAYA will go through the entire efiling and change everything to reflect the information that is in TAXSAYA....so you should not need to worry about going in to manually delete things yourself  Smiley

On the e-filing login page, TaxSaya is trying to key in the IC in this format XXXXXXXX-XXXX whereas the correct format is without the hyphen. Do you detect that problem>

I have paid for the premium service hoping that efiling down on taxsaya would be a breeze.. but i'm having problems:
1. date of marriage - the year cannot be changed. it's stuck at 2008
2. when submitting for e-filing, i appear to be prompted to go to the LHDN website via taxsaya where i have to key in everything again instead of it doing everything for me! I dont want to retype all the info in the HK3 form!

That is correct as you are only required to enter if you were married last year. Please refer http://taxsaya.com/smf/index.php?topic=102.0

Note : Next year we are looking at changing how this works to allow you to enter the date and remove them if you are not a newly wed.

This is due to the E-Filing system which is having serious congestion at the moment.
Taxsaya will only load the details on the webpage once it has completely loaded.
If you notice at the bottom corner of your browser, you'll see the page is still loading.
It may take few minutes due to the IRB's server being congested.

( I am sure Keegan will give you a technical explanation on this tomorrow )

Hope that helps.

Hi,

This is a pretty accurate explaination of what is going on.  Taneliz, I believe that if you just leave TAXSAYA alone, then it will load things up for you automatically as you expect.

Looking at it here, it appears that the problem actually relates to all the 'pretty' graphics (but there maybe other things e.g. scripts) which the system is still downloading.  TAXSAYA can only fill in the details on the page, once the page has finished downloading (if you look at the status bar at the bottom right, this may show that it is only at say 90%).  I have been pushing the LHDN (and will continue to do so) to provide an alternative interface for applications like TAXSAYA to interface with....but so far the LHDN has been reluctant to do so.

We may be able to change the logic of TAXSAYA to immediately load a field as it appears, I am a bit reluctant to do so, more because I am not exactly sure about what sort of scripting/logic maybe on the page that may not been loaded.  This maybe important, in order to ensure that calculations/checks are done correctly.

Hope that this helps.
